Program

Day 01: Delhi – Jibhi (Approx. 465 km | 10–12 Hours)

Begin your journey from Delhi around midnight and proceed towards Jibhi, a picturesque Himalayan village in Himachal Pradesh. Travel overnight by coach through scenic mountain foothills and winding roads.

Enjoy the journey through changing landscapes as you approach the beautiful Banjar Valley.

Day 02: Arrival in Jibhi – Jibhi Waterfall – Balo Village – Bahu

Upon arrival in Jibhi, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities. After room allocation, attend a briefing covering the local area, safety guidelines, and important dos and don'ts for the tour.

After lunch, proceed to Jibhi Waterfall, a beautiful natural attraction surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy a short walk through the forest to reach the waterfall and spend some time appreciating the peaceful surroundings.

Later, drive towards Balo Village and enjoy a scenic walk through the forest to Balo Temple, subject to local access and trail conditions.

Continue towards Bahu Village, known for its beautiful valley views and tranquil atmosphere. Visit Bahu Lake, a small scenic water body, and enjoy the sunset from a suitable viewpoint, weather permitting.

After the excursion, return to Jibhi.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Jibhi – Jalori Pass – Serolsar Lake Trek – Jibhi

After breakfast, drive to Jalori Pass, located at approximately 3,120 metres (10,240 feet) above sea level. Enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery and take a short break before beginning the trek.

Proceed on a forest trail towards Serolsar Lake, a beautiful high-altitude lake surrounded by dense oak forests.

• Trek Distance: Approx. 5 km one way
• Total Trek Distance: Approx. 10 km
• Trek Duration: Approx. 4–6 hours round trip, depending on pace and trail conditions
• Trek Difficulty: Easy to moderate
• Altitude: Approx. 3,100 metres in the Jalori Pass region

The lake holds religious significance and is associated with Buddhi Nagin, a revered local deity. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty before returning along the same trail to Jalori Pass.

Drive back to Jibhi in the afternoon.

Later, participate in a session of team-building activities, fun games, and management exercises, designed to encourage teamwork, communication, and group bonding.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Jibhi – Chehni Kothi – Shringa Rishi Temple – Jibhi

After breakfast, drive to the starting point for the excursion to Chehni Kothi, a historic village famous for its traditional Himalayan architecture and ancient tower houses.

From the parking area, undertake a scenic uphill walk through pine forests and traditional village paths to reach Chehni village.

Explore Chehni Kothi, an impressive traditional stone-and-wood tower structure representing the architectural heritage of the Banjar Valley. Learn about the village's history, traditional construction methods, and cultural significance.

Continue to Shringa Rishi Temple, an important religious site associated with the presiding deity of the Banjar region. Observe local customs and respect the sanctity of the temple.

Spend time enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and mountain ridges before returning to the vehicle.

Drive back to Jibhi and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 05: Jibhi – Delhi (Approx. 465 km | 10–12 Hours)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the return journey to Delhi.

Enjoy the scenic drive through the mountains and foothills of Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be dropped off at the designated location.

• Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control, like change in flight and train schedule
• Any other item not specifically mentioned above as 'INCLUDED'

General Conditions:

• All prices are subject to any revision to the tax and tariff structure
• Above price is valid till 30 Nov 2020.
• The prices are on a per-person basis and are net and non-commissionable.
• Upon confirmation of the booking, we would require 50% of the total invoice, and the balance amount can be paid 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the absence of a deposit, balance, or final payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt Ltd.

For cancellations made 60 days prior to the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice. For cancellations made within 60 to 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice. For cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable to the advance deposit made or required for holding the reservation) may differ and would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel or service provider. This will be charged in addition to the cancellation policy.

Unused Services and Refunds

No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passengers while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier, hotel, tour company, or other supplier used for providing services.

A refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stays, transportation, meals, etc., an extra bill will be raised. Neither India Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers or hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

Responsibility, Liability

All the packages are sold under the business management of India Travel Pvt. Ltd., and they are in no way to be considered the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither India Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers or hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes or riots, roadblocks, etc.

Governing Law

This condition and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
