No one can visit Hemkund Sahib from October to May due to the snowfall on the paths and the glaciers. Day 01: Delhi – Rishikesh
You will be greeted by our driver and begin your journey from Delhi to Rishikesh. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat.
Day 02: Rishikesh – Joshimath (272 km / 8-9 hrs)
After breakfast, drive towards Joshimath via Devprayag, the sacred confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers. Enjoy scenic mountain views along the way. Reach Joshimath by evening and check in to your hotel.
Day 03: Joshimath – Ghangaria (25 km / 5-6 hrs)
Post breakfast, drive to Govindghat and begin your uphill trek to Ghangaria along a well-laid pilgrim trail. Take in the natural beauty and gradual ascent. Arrive in Ghangaria, check in, and relax.
Day 04: Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib – Ghangaria (6 km trek one way)
Start early for a steep trek to Hemkund Sahib, nestled at 4,329 meters surrounded by seven snow-capped peaks. Pay your respects at the Gurudwara and soak in the serene atmosphere. Return to Ghangaria by late afternoon.
Day 05: Ghangaria – Govindghat – Srinagar
Trek down to Govindghat in the morning, completing your mountain journey. Drive back to Srinagar through the scenic valleys. Check into your hotel and rest for the night.
Day 06: Srinagar– Delhi
After breakfast, check out and begin your return drive to Delhi. Arrive in the capital by evening, marking the end of your memorable pilgrimage. Tour concludes with cherished memories.
