This Ladakh tour package is a fixed 7-day, 6-night trip from Delhi: Leh, the Indus Valley, Nubra Valley, one night at Pangong Lake, then Sham Valley before you fly home. Group size sets the rate. Ten travellers pay ₹20,500 each, two pay ₹34,200 each, and flights are extra in both cases.
Day 1 is a rest day on purpose. The first high pass, Khardung La, comes on Day 3, which leaves about two days in and around Leh first, in line with the Leh administration's 48-hour advice. The itinerary, costs and booking steps follow.
What the 7-day Ladakh Tour Includes
You get six nights in hotels and camps across Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake, six breakfasts, six dinners and an Innova or AC tempo traveller for every drive. Flights and lunches are extra. Twin-sharing rates run from ₹20,500 to ₹34,200 per person, depending on how many of you travel.

Who This Tour Suits
Take it if you want one fixed route and can travel with four or more people. Two travellers pay the most per head, so get a written quote before you compare us with listings built for bigger groups. The route leaves out Tso Moriri, Turtuk and Zanskar, which need extra days.

Day 01: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization
Altitude: Approx. 3,500 m
Meals: Dinner
Overnight Stay: Leh
Upon arrival at Leh Airport, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and spend the day resting to allow your body to acclimatize to Ladakh's high altitude.
Stay hydrated and avoid strenuous activities. If you feel comfortable and local guidance permits, enjoy a short visit to Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views of Leh town and the surrounding Himalayan mountains.
Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Leh.
Day 02: Leh – Hemis Monastery – Thiksey Monastery – Shey Palace – Leh
Distance: Approx. 45–60 km, depending on the sightseeing route

Overnight Stay: Leh
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day cultural excursion to explore the ancient monasteries and royal heritage of Ladakh.
Visit Hemis Monastery, one of the region's most prominent Buddhist monasteries, known for its rich spiritual traditions and annual Hemis Festival.
Continue to Thiksey Monastery, a spectacular hilltop complex famous for its impressive Maitreya Buddha statue and sweeping views of the Indus Valley.
Later, explore Shey Palace, a historic royal residence associated with Ladakh's former rulers.
After completing the sightseeing, return to Leh. The evening is free for leisure or a gentle stroll around the local market, depending on your health.

Day 03: Leh – Khardung La Pass – Nubra Valley
Distance: Approx. 120 km
Drive Time: 5–6 hours

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Nubra Valley, crossing the spectacular Khardung La Pass, situated at an altitude of approximately 5,359 m.
Enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountain ranges and rugged Himalayan terrain. Keep the stop at the pass brief due to the high altitude.
Continue towards Nubra Valley, renowned for its dramatic landscapes, river valleys, monasteries, and cold-desert sand dunes.
Visit Diskit Monastery, famous for its large Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the valley. Later, proceed to Hunder Sand Dunes, where you can enjoy the unique desert scenery and opt for a double-humped Bactrian camel ride at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake
Distance: Approx. 130 km
Drive Time: 5–6 hours, subject to route conditions

After breakfast, depart for the breathtaking Pangong Tso, one of Ladakh's most iconic high-altitude lakes.
Travel through remote Himalayan landscapes via the authorized route available on the day. Depending on road conditions and local permissions, the journey may follow the Shyok Valley route or an alternative approved route.
Upon arrival at Pangong Lake, admire the crystal-clear waters, dramatic mountain backdrop, and changing shades of blue and turquoise.

Day 05: Pangong Lake – Chang La Pass – Leh
Distance: Approx. 140 km
Drive Time: 6–7 hours

Wake up to the beautiful morning views of Pangong Lake. After breakfast, begin the return drive to Leh.
En route, cross Chang La Pass, a spectacular high-altitude mountain pass surrounded by dramatic Himalayan scenery.
Continue the scenic drive towards Leh, enjoying the rugged mountains and picturesque valleys along the way.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey. The evening is free for leisure or shopping at Leh Local Market.

Day 06: Leh – Sham Valley – Alchi – Likir – Leh
Distance: Approx. 120–140 km
Drive Time: 5–7 hours, including sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion through the scenic Sham Valley.
Visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a revered Sikh shrine located along the Leh–Kargil highway. Continue to Magnetic Hill, a popular attraction known for its optical illusion.
Proceed to Sangam Viewpoint, where the Indus and Zanskar rivers meet, creating a striking natural spectacle.
Later, visit Alchi Monastery, renowned for its ancient Buddhist murals and distinctive artistic heritage. Continue to Likir Monastery, an important Buddhist monastery known for its traditional architecture and impressive Buddha statue.
Return to Leh for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 07: Leh – Airport Departure
Distance: Approx. 4–6 km, depending on the hotel
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Leh Airport to board your flight to Delhi or your onward destination.

A vehicle and driver are shared by everyone in the group, which is why the rate falls from ₹34,200 for two to ₹20,500 for ten. Most of the saving comes early. Going from two travellers to four takes ₹9,200 off each person's rate, while going from eight to ten takes off only ₹1,000. If you are choosing between two and four, bring the extra two.

Altitude, Permits and Getting to Leh
Altitude. The Leh administration advises at least 48 hours in Leh before you go higher, no hard exertion in the first two days and 2 to 3 litres of water a day. Khardung La is on Day 3, so how many of those hours you get depends on when your flight lands. Land late on Day 1 and the pass may need to move, so tell us before you travel. Water and rest lower the odds of altitude sickness. They do not rule it out.
Tell your guide the same day about headache, nausea, breathlessness or poor sleep. Severe symptoms mean going down and seeing a doctor, and SNM Hospital is the main hospital in Leh. Ask your own doctor about altitude medicine before you fly.
Permits. Indian citizens pay the Ladakh environment fee online on the Leh District Permit Tracking System and carry the receipt for checkpoints. We do not quote an amount here because it can change, and the portal shows the current figure. Foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Ladakh's administration reviewed the PAP and RAP framework in August 2026, so we confirm what applies to your nationality when you book. Send us your ID at that point and we handle the paperwork.
Getting to Leh. We build the plan around the Delhi to Leh flight. Flight time varies by airline, so check your booking.
