Program

DAY 01: ARRIVE PATHANKOT – BHARMOUR (DRIVE 165 KM 6 HRS.)

Arrive at Pathankot railway station, meet our representative, and drive to Bharmour via Chamba. Bharmour is a small village in the Chamba district in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The village is located near the Ravi River. In the afternoon, you will reach Bharmour and check in at a hotel for an overnight stay. In the evening, you can visit Chaurasi Temple (walking distance from the hotel).
Meal: Dinner Only

DAY 02: BHARMOUR - BRAHMANI TEMPLE (6 KM TREK): – BHARMOUR
After breakfast in the hotel, we start our trek to Brahmani Temple. The Brahmani Mata Temple complex is at the top of a ridge covered with pine and deodar trees. After Darshan, we trek back to Bharmour. Overnight stay in the hotel

DAY 03: BHARMOUR - HUDSAR (BY JEEP 13 KM) - DHANCHO (BY TREK 7KM)
After breakfast, get ready for your first-day trek towards Manimahesh Lake. Our cab will drop you off at the Hudsar Village roadhead. Head, from Hudsar, we start our trekking to Dhancho, which is a 7 km trek; it takes us 3,4 hours to reach our campsite. overnight in the Himalayan Holidays trekking tents.

DAY 04: DANCHOO - MANI MAHESH LAKE - DANCHO (14 KM TREK)
Early in the morning, after breakfast, we start the trek to Manimahesh Lake. On the trek, we visit Gauri Kund. After reaching Manimahesh Lake, we take a holy dip in Manimahesh Lake. After Darshan, we trek back to Dancho for an overnight stay in the camp.

DAY 05: DANCHOO – BHARMOUR - CHAMBA (CHAMBA 996M)
After breakfast, we trek down to Dhancho. From Dhancho, we drive to Chamba via Bharmour. Overnight in the hotel at Chamba.

DAY 06: CHAMBA – KHAJIYAR – DALHOUSIE – PATHANKOT RAILWAY STATION DROP
After breakfast, drive to Dalhousie via Khajjiar. Khajjiar is surrounded by green meadows and dense forests. You also get panoramic views of the Dholadhar Himalayas. Later, drive to Pathankot, and our cab will drop you off at Pathankot railway station.

HOW TO REACH PATHANKOT
People coming from Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Gujarat, or any other city should arrive in Delhi first, then get a train from Delhi to Pathankot.

Option 02: - By Bus
You can reach Pathankot from Delhi by bus; board it from Delhi’s Kashmiri gets ISBT; it is good if you book the seats online.

The bus leaves Pathankot from Delhi at around 9.30 p.m. Frequent buses are available until midnight. It is a journey of about 12 to 13 hours.

(Reach Pathankot bus stand between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and the vehicle will be arranged from there.)

Price Includes: 15600/- INR Per Person

• Accommodation for (5) nights on a Double/Triple share basis as per itinerary in hotel and tents
• All transportation and sightseeing are as per the itinerary.
• All meals are mentioned in the itinerary.
• Services of guide, cook, helper, porter, and ponies during trekking till Dhanchoo.
• Tent, sleeping bags, mattress, camp fire.

Exclusion

Prices DO NOT Include:

• Any kind of insurance cover
• Items of personal nature like drinks, laundry, telephone calls, tips, camera fees, etc.
• Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control, like change in flight and train schedules, cancellation of flights or trains, political disturbances, natural phenomena, etc.
• Any other item not specifically mentioned above as 'INCLUDED'

General Conditions:

• All prices are subject to any revision to the tax and tariff structure
• The above price is valid until October 2024.
• The prices are on a per-person basis and are net and non-commissionable.
• Upon confirmation of the booking, we would require 50% of the total invoice, and the balance amount can be paid 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• We reserve the right to cancel the tour in the absence of a deposit, balance, or final payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt Ltd.

For cancellations made 60 days prior to the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice. For cancellations made within 60 to 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice. For cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable to the advance deposit made or required for holding the reservation) may differ and would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / service provider. This will be charged in addition to the cancellation policy.

Unused Services and Refunds

No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passengers while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier, hotel, tour company, or other supplier used for providing services.

A refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stays, transportation, meals, etc., an extra bill will be raised. Neither India Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers or hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

Responsibility, Liability

All the packages are sold under the business management of India Travel Pvt. Ltd., and they are in no way to be considered the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither India Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers or hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes or riots, roadblocks, etc.

Governing Law

This condition and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
